We had the chance to meet Eating Europe owner Kenny Dunne at the first Global Food Tourism Conference. He has a background in marketing and produced this great “abstract” video to make the point that if you are visiting a new city (or Rome in this case) you’d love to follow a local around and eat where they eat and that food tour operators will let you do that with EASE!
