Alberta’s Best Corn and Sunflower Mazes

Here are the best corn and sunflower mazes to explore in Alberta. Get the kids out of the house for those last days of summer and have fun at some of these AMAZE-ing spots.

Edmonton and Northern Alberta 

1. Just 10 km southeast of High Prairie at EC Bar Ranch Adventures, you will find an 18-acre corn maze.  Watch out for their flashlight nights, where you can go through the maze to the sounds of a DJ.  
2. The Edmonton Corn Maze has existed since 2001. Every year, they design something new for the guests to enjoy. Check out this year’s ‘celebratory’ maze.
3. Our friends at Prairie Gardens have their annual sunflower maze in full bloom.  But the kids can also take have fun in the corn and bale mazes as well as the petting zoo.
4. In Toefield’s K3 Corn Maze and Family Farm, you can spend a whole day with all the activities. From corn mazes to train rides and a petting farm, your little ones will love it here. 
5. The Kraay Family Farm in Lacombe celebrates 25 years, and its maze reflects this milestone.

Calgary, Central and Southern Alberta 

1. Red Deer County’s Eagle Creek Farms has a corn and tree maze. And, you can stop by the U-Pick for flowers, fruit, and veg. On the same property, you’ll also find Bowden Farms Sunflower Maze . It’s an Instagram-lover’s dream. Go now as they are currently in full bloom. Admission is $14 for adults and $7 for children. Oh, it’s also dog-friendly.  YAY!
2. The Lethbridge Corn Maze has four different mazes to explore. Kids can also enjoy the petting farm and giant slide. 
3. The Corn Maze at Drumheller’s Sunny Spot is shaped like a dinosaur!  How cool is that?  There is also a sunflower field to enjoy.  Enjoy the maze and a game of mini golf for just 20 bucks.
4. At the Calgary Farmyard, you can get lost in Southern Alberta’s largest corn maze, with 11 km of fields to explore.
