Edmonton Examiner article: Calgary Food Tours expansion to Alberta Food Tours Inc.

Here’s a great article published in The Edmonton Examiner about our expansion to become Alberta Food Tours Inc. with divisions in Calgary, Canmore and Edmonton in 2016.

We were very grateful to have set a crowd-funding record to support our expansion via ATB’s Alberta BoostR platform. We raised $22,105.00 in 45 days due to the great support of our community of food lovers. The funds allowed us to create two part-time jobs for operations and communications, to hire and train several guides, to develop websites for each city and to create a beautiful visual identity so that our brand will help tell our story and engage our market.

Here’s a peak at the branding created for us by Todd Macfie and Nina Palmer at Platform Design in Calgary. Alberta has a great food story. Each city has its own flavour. We are bursting with food, fun and adventure.
