Our ticket system accepts all major credit cards.

A light Sunday Brunch and food and non-alcoholic tastings are all included.

This year round tour is almost completely indoors with only a short walk between two buildings.

Meet us at the Information Desk Calgary Farmers’ Market. You will receive a savoury pastry, a generous portion of salad, an assortment of fruit, and coffee to start. We’ll stroll through the farmers’ market and hear stories and do about a dozen tastings at market vendors including fresh fruits, vegetables, local beverages, juices, bison, beef, pork and cheeses.

You’ll be seated for brunch and need to stand for about an hour at the market. All guests receive market bags and our Eat Alberta First guide to the market complete with recipes and shopping lists.

Are children allowed?

Our tours are recommended for ages 14 and older.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available at each tour’s starting location. After your purchase tickets, you’ll receive emails with parking suggestions.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please be sure to let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restrictions (e.g. if you are vegetarian, have celiac disease or severe food allergies) This is one of the questions you must fill in before you can purchase your tickets.  As long as we know in advance, we can usually accommodate your needs.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

Yes, advance ticket purchase is required. Events typically sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.

Are bathrooms available during the tour?

Yes, bathrooms are available during the tour at selected food-tasting locations. Your guide will point them out as the tour progresses.
